Please read the following protocols carefully, initialing parental agreement with each one. In addition to online registration, three documents are required and must be turned-in (#’s 1 & 2), and shown (#3) upon arrival to camp for your child to be admitted. (Please do not email form to registrar – thanks!). 

1. Initialed agreement with Health Protocols
2. Signed liability waiver
3. Either 3A  or  3B must be presented at check-in for your child to be admitted to camp. Please have a screenshot/photo ready (difficult to access internet onsite).

• A) Verification that camper is fully vaccinated (two weeks after a second Pfizer or Moderna shot or a single Johnson & Johnson shot). 
• B) Verification of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival at camp. Camper is also to quarantine for 72 hours prior to arrival to camp.
